Why Arcadia
Care that measures, not guesses
A lot of clinics adjust you and wave goodbye. We baseline your range of motion with digital inclinometry on day one, re-measure every fourth visit, and share the numbers with you — so continuing care is a decision you make with evidence, not a subscription you forget to cancel.
Outcomes on paper
Every plan has baseline numbers, re-exam dates, and a target discharge visit. You always know where you are.
Doctors, plural
Multiple board-certified doctors collaborate on complex cases — you get a clinic’s judgment, not one person’s habit.
No lifetime contracts
We don’t sell 60-visit prepaid packages. Most active-care plans run 6–12 visits, then you graduate.
On time, every time
Average wait under 7 minutes. Early, lunch, and Saturday slots protect your workday.

The team
Meet your doctors
Board-certified, collaborative, and allergic to hard-sell care plans.

Dr. James Halloran
Clinic Director
DC, NBCE I–IV · CCSP®
Sports-injury specialist and 15-year Valley practitioner. James built Arcadia around measured outcomes after a decade in high-volume clinics convinced him there was a better way.

Dr. Meera Banerjee
Associate Doctor
DC · Cert. Spinal Decompression
Leads our disc and sciatica program. Meera pairs flexion-distraction with graded loading so patients leave stronger, not just looser.

Dr. Alina Cho
Associate Doctor
DC · Webster Certified
Our prenatal and pediatric lead. Gentle, low-force techniques and a knack for putting nervous first-timers — of any age — at ease.

Dr. Danielle Okafor
Rehab & Performance
DC, MS · Cert. Strength Coach
Runs the active-care floor: return-to-sport testing, strength progressions, and the re-exam data that keeps every plan honest.

Danielle W.March 2026★★★★★
Two years of sciatica, gone in eight visits. Dr. Banerjee showed me my rotation numbers improving on a chart every re-exam. First clinic that ever gave me an end date — and kept it.
Rob T.January 2026★★★★★
Came in barely able to tie my shoes. Dr. Halloran rebuilt my swing rotation over six weeks and then told me I didn’t need to keep coming. Who does that? Arcadia does.
Priya S.April 2026★★★★★
Dr. Cho treated me through my whole third trimester. Gentle, patient with every question, and the pillowed table is heaven at 36 weeks. The whole front desk knows your name by visit two.
- Miguel A.November 2025
★★★★★
After my rear-ending on the 51, they handled the exam, the documentation, and my insurance questions in one visit. Whiplash resolved in ten weeks with everything on paper.
- Karen L.February 2026
★★★★★
The posture photos don’t lie — mine were rough. Twelve visits later the before/after comparison is genuinely startling, and my afternoon headaches are gone.
- Sam D.May 2026
★★★★☆
Booked Saturday morning, seen Saturday morning. Honest about what chiropractic could and couldn’t fix, referred me for imaging first, then got me back to marathon training.

Questions, answered
Before you book — the honest answers
The eight things new patients actually ask us on the phone.
Do I need a referral or X-rays before my first visit?
No referral needed — you can book directly. We don’t require X-rays for most patients; if your exam suggests imaging would change your care plan, we refer you to an imaging center first and review the results with you before any treatment.
Does a chiropractic adjustment hurt?
Most patients describe it as pressure followed by relief, not pain. We also offer low-force instrument and drop-table techniques for patients who prefer no manual adjusting at all — tell us your preference and we’ll match the technique to you.
How many visits will I actually need?
Our completed active-care plans average 9.2 visits. After your exam you get a written plan with a visit count, re-exam dates, and total cost before care begins. If your numbers improve faster, you graduate sooner — we discharge patients, we don’t enroll them.
Do you take my insurance?
We accept most PPO plans, Medicare Part B, HSA/FSA cards, auto-injury claims, and workers’ compensation. Our front desk verifies your specific benefits before your first visit and quotes your out-of-pocket cost in writing.
Can you treat me while I’m pregnant?
Yes — our prenatal lead is Webster-certified in prenatal technique. We use pillowed positioning, no twisting, and low-force methods appropriate for every trimester. Many local OBs refer patients to us for pregnancy-related back and pelvic pain.
What should I expect at the first appointment?
Plan on 45 minutes: a conversation about your history and goals, orthopedic and movement testing, digital range-of-motion baselines, and — if you’re a candidate for care — your first gentle treatment the same day.
I was just in a car accident. What do I do first?
Get examined within 72 hours if you can, even if you feel fine — whiplash symptoms often surface days later. We document everything for your claim, bill MedPay or third-party insurance directly, and coordinate with your attorney if you have one.
Do you sell long-term prepaid care packages?
No. We don’t sell 40- or 60-visit prepaid contracts, ever. Active care runs to a written discharge target; after that, optional monthly tune-up visits are pay-as-you-go and cancellable any time.
Ready to move like yourself again?
Book your exam today — same-week appointments, benefits verified before you arrive, and a care plan that ends.
