What we do
Every service, kept to one standard
6 ways to hand the work to us — each with the same dedicated-team model, flat written rate, and signed checklist.
-
Recurring House Cleaning Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly upkeep from the same trained team — the visit most homes run on, so nothing quietly slides for months at a time. Explore service -
Deep Cleaning A top-to-bottom reset — baseboards, vents, grout, and fixtures — for a home that hasn’t been cleaned in a while, or as the strong first visit before a recurring plan begins. Explore service -
Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning Empty-home detailing built to satisfy landlords, buyers, and your own final walkthrough — inside cabinets, closets, and appliances, on the timeline your closing or lease actually gives you. Explore service -
Post-Construction Cleaning Fine dust removed from every surface, vent, and hinge after contractors leave — staged over two passes so the dust that resettles after day one doesn’t undo the first visit. Explore service -
Office & Commercial Cleaning After-hours care for offices, studios, and small storefronts — keyed or code access handled under a bonded, insured agreement, on a schedule that never disrupts business hours. Explore service -
Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning Low-moisture extraction for rugs, sofas, and headboards — safe for wool, silk blends, and antique weaves, and dry enough to walk on again the same evening. Explore service -

Why Primrose
The details are the service
Anyone can clean a home once. Keeping one impeccable for years takes systems — ours are simple, written down, and the reason clients stay an average of four years.
Book a walkthrough-
A written plan before anyone starts
A short walkthrough — in person or by photos — sets a flat, written rate and scope before the first visit. It changes only if your home or plan does, never because a visit ran long.
-
The same trained team, not a rotating roster
Recurring clients are assigned a dedicated team who return every visit. They learn your home, your preferences, and your access routine once — not a new crew relearning it each time.
-
A checklist you can actually check
Every visit runs a written, room-by-room list, left behind so you can see exactly what was done. Skipped items are marked and explained, never silently missed.
-
Vetted before they ever hold a key
Every professional passes a background check and works under liability insurance before their first visit. Access is logged and documented, not handled on trust alone.
How it works
From first call to effortless
-
Tell us about the space
Send the form, call, or share a few photos. We ask about rooms, finishes, pets, and priorities, then schedule a brief walkthrough or a virtual estimate.
-
Get a flat rate in writing
Within a day of the walkthrough, you get a fixed price and a suggested plan by email — no hourly meter and no vague ranges.
-
Meet your cleaning team
Your assigned team arrives inside a confirmed window, works the written checklist, and leaves it behind for you to review.
-
Keep it consistent
Same team, same schedule, every cycle. Anything not right gets flagged within 24 hours and re-cleaned at no charge.
The finished standard
What "done" looks like here
Every visit ends with the same inspection pass the checklist began with — these are the results our teams sign their names to.
-
Fixtures polished to a mirror finish, not just wiped -
Hardwood finished last, so no one walks the shine -
Ovens detailed to the back corners, not just the door -
Grout brought back, not just the surface tile -
The kit every team carries, restocked before it’s asked for

Three years, the same two wonderful people every other Thursday. They know which vase moves and which one absolutely does not. I have never once checked their work — that says everything.

★★★★★
Post-renovation clean after a nine-month gut. Two passes, exactly as they said — the fine dust that came back after week one was gone for good after the second visit. Worth every dollar.

The signed checklist on the counter sounds like a gimmick until you realize you stopped doing a walkthrough after they leave. The flat rate has not moved in two years.

Move-out clean before our closing. My broker asked who did it because the buyers’ agent complimented it at the final walkthrough. We got our full deposit back without a single follow-up call.

Beautiful, consistent work and genuinely lovely people. Only reason for four stars: my preferred Saturday slot has a waitlist — apparently everyone else in the building had the same idea.

They cleaned our studio office after hours for a year before I ever met them in person. Keys handled through the doorman, invoice by email, zero drama. Exactly what a service should be.

The people
The team your home gets to know
Primrose is deliberately small: every professional is trained in-house for six weeks before their first client visit, and every client knows their team by name.
-
Owner intro video
Reserved slot: a 60-second welcome from the founder plays here in a production build.
-
Elena Voss
Founder · Head of Standards
Wrote the 68-point checklist after a decade running housekeeping for a Midtown hotel. Still inspects one home a week, unannounced.
-
Tomás Rivera
Field Director
Trains every new team for six weeks before they touch a client home, and still leads our post-construction and move-out crews personally when the deadline is tight.
-
Marcus Hale
Client Care Manager
The voice on the phone and the reason your window is one hour, not four. Keeps every entry note and preference on file.

Questions, answered
Before you hand us the keys
The honest answers to what clients actually ask. Anything else — send the form and a real person replies.
Will I get the same cleaner or team every visit?
For recurring plans, yes — you’re assigned a dedicated team who return for every visit rather than whoever is available that day. If someone is out, a trained partner fills in and you’re told in advance.
How is the price set, and can it change later?
Pricing is set after a walkthrough (in person, or by photos and a quick call) and confirmed in writing before the first visit. It only changes if your home or plan changes — a renovation, a new pet, a switch in frequency — never because a visit ran long.
Are your cleaners insured and background-checked?
Every cleaner passes a background check before their first visit and is covered by liability insurance. Certificates of insurance for a building or property manager are provided on request, typically within a business day.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning, and how do you handle keys?
Most clients aren’t home. Entry is coordinated with a doorman, lockbox, or building staff, and any keys or codes are logged under a documented custody procedure — only your assigned team has access to your entry notes.
What products do you use? I have kids, pets, or allergies.
Our standard kit is low-fragrance and residue-free. We switch to a fully eco-certified, hypoallergenic kit on request at no extra charge, and we’ll use your own products if you’d rather we do, noted and followed at every visit.
What if something is missed or I’m not happy with a visit?
Tell us within 24 hours and we return to re-clean the item at no charge — no forms, no debate. The written checklist left after each visit makes it easy to see exactly what was covered.
How far ahead do I need to book, and can I set a recurring schedule?
Recurring plans typically start within a week. One-time deep cleans and move-outs usually book three to five days out; post-construction visits are scheduled around your contractor’s finish date.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes — vacuums, extraction equipment, and standard supplies all come with the team. The only thing we ever ask to use is your sink.
