How much does a roof replacement cost in Boise?
Most single-family asphalt shingle replacements in the Treasure Valley run $9,000–$18,000 depending on size, pitch, and tear-off layers. Metal systems typically run 2–2.5× that. Your free inspection comes with an exact line-item quote that holds for 90 days.
Is the inspection really free, even if I don’t hire you?
Yes. The 21-point inspection, photos, and written condition report are free with no obligation. Roughly a third of the roofs we inspect don’t need work yet — we’ll tell you that in writing and when to check again.
Do you work with insurance on storm and hail claims?
Every week. We photo-document the damage, provide the report your carrier needs, and meet the adjuster on your roof. You stay in control — we never ask you to sign over your claim.
How long does a roof replacement take?
Most homes are finished in 1–2 days. Complex or steep roofs can take 3. We confirm the schedule the week before, and weather delays are communicated the night before, never the morning of.
What warranty do I get?
Two warranties: the manufacturer’s material warranty (up to 50 years on architectural shingles) and our own 50-year workmanship warranty in writing — transferable once if you sell your home.
Will there be nails in my yard afterward?
We run a magnetic sweep of the lawn, beds, and driveway twice — once at rough clean-up and again at the final walkthrough. If you find a nail after we leave, call us and we’ll come back and sweep again.
Are you licensed and insured in Idaho?
Yes — Idaho registered contractor ID RCE-58214, bonded, with $2M general liability and full workers’ comp on every crew member. Certificates available on request before any work begins.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, 12-month same-as-cash and longer fixed-rate plans through a local credit-union partner. Most approvals take about 10 minutes and don’t affect your credit to check.
