Why do I suddenly have scorpions?
Bark scorpions follow their food — crickets and roaches — and shelter in block walls, weep screeds, and irrigation boxes. New construction and monsoon moisture push them into yards. Our scorpion program pairs a blacklight inspection with wall-void treatment and entry sealing, because spraying alone does not stop them.
How often does my home need treatment?
In the East Valley, quarterly exterior service keeps most homes pest-free year-round — the barrier degrades in our heat and UV in about 90 days. Scorpion-heavy areas like Las Sendas sometimes warrant every-other-month service in summer. One-time treatments are available, but they carry a 90-day guarantee rather than continuous coverage.
Do I need to leave my house during service?
For standard general pest, scorpion, and rodent work — no. You can stay home; we work around you. Bed bug treatments and fume-intensive roach cleanouts require 2 to 4 hours out of the home, and we schedule those at your convenience.
What does the 90-day guarantee actually cover?
If a pest covered by your treatment shows up inside the home within 90 days of service, we come back and re-treat at no charge — as many times as it takes. It is printed on the invoice. It does not cover new pest types you were not treated for, but the re-service visit will quote those honestly.
How much does a termite inspection cost?
A standard inspection for homeowners is free with any treatment plan. Escrow inspections with a written WDIIR report are a flat $95, delivered within 48 hours of the walk-through. Treatment quotes are itemized by linear foot, so you can compare us line-by-line against any other bid.
